When purchasing products on Croodoo Website, you can choose 1 of the following delivery methods:

Method 1: Croodoo will deliver the goods to the customer by express from the warehouse of Croodoo’s partner. It is the best choice for the customer. And it is also the main procedure to deliver the products to the customer. All the cost will be on Croodoo. This is for the goods we have stock in the partner’s warehouse. It will be the fastest way to get the products after the customer pays. The time for this shipping method is 3-5 days depending on your area.

Method 2: Get the products at Croodoo’s warehouse: Customer goes to the nearest Croodoo’s warehouse address to pick up orders when received notification that the products have arrived at the warehouse. 

Method 3: Home Delivery for urgent needs out of stock: Customer fills in the delivery address when checking out on Croodoo Website. Croodoo will purchase the products from the factory right away, The products will be delivered to the address provided. Shipping costs will be calculated by Croodoo according to the delivery service's fee and added to the order value.

The time period for products to arrive at Croodoo’s warehouse is 10 days (for warehouses in Vietnam), 15 days (for warehouses in the US) and 15 days (for warehouses in Germany). If you choose the home delivery method, please wait an additional 3-5 days for the shipping agency to deliver the products to the address provided.

In case the order is delayed compared to expected time, Croodoo will notify you via the contact information you wrote when placing the order.

The products’ documents will be provided by Croodoo to the logistics service agency to complete customs clearance and delivery procedures.
