Return Policy
1. RETURN CONDITIONS
When receiving the purchase from delivery agency, customer is required to record a video of the unboxing process and save this video for later support (if needed).
* Croodoo will not accept returning and refunding requirements for orders that have been received but do not have a video recording the process of unpackaging.
Customer need to check the condition of the products and can exchange/return the order immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
- The products are not of the correct type or model as in the order or as on the website at the time of ordering.
- Different quantities as in the order.
- The external condition is heavily damaged such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.
The returning products must have the brand label intact, have not been used or opened, the product's box/packaging must not be dirty or dented.
Customers are requested to provide Croodoo with relevant documents proving the above deficiency to complete the return/exchange demand.
2. RETURN TIME NOTIFICATION
For order that are missing or broken, please notify Croodoo via email to croodoo.info@gmail.com or call directly to (+84) 829 229 012 (Mr. Howard) or (+84) 886245918 (Ms. Giang) within 48 HOURS since receiving the product.
If the notification period is over and you cannot provide a video of the product being unboxed, Croodoo will not process the return or refund request.
3. RETURN PRODUCT
After receiving Croodoo's response accepting the returning request, within a maximum of the next 36 HOURS, customer please repack the products, put on shockproof cover, pay the shipping fees and send back to Croodoo at:

Customers can use any delivery service available in their country to return the order but need to ensure that the product has been carefully packaged and has a shockproof cover to avoid impact during the returning process.
After the delivery agency has received your returned order, please notify us via email croodoo.info@gmail.com with the bill of lading and the name of the delivery agency that received your order, so that Croodoo’s team can track the order.
4. RECEIVE REPLACEMENT
After Croodoo’s Warehouse Department receives and inspects the returned order, if the products are broken or have problems as stated in customer’s return request, Croodoo will send a new replacement to Customer by post. At the same time, Croodoo will also notify Customer about this, so that Customer can conveniently track the new delivery route.
