Inspection Policy

1. Definition
Inspection mentioned here is the process of checking and comparing the products/goods in the package you receive from Croodoo with the products in your order on Croodoo website.

2. Regulations

When to conduct?

- Customers have the right to inspect the package with the delivery staff at the time of receipt to ensure that they have received the correct model and quantity. Please do not open the product, tear the seal or try using the product.
- When you check the order, the delivery staff is responsible for assisting and waiting for you until you finish checking. In case delivery staff refuses to let you check the products, please contact the hotline +84 829 229 012 (Mr. Howard) for support.

Note:
- You must record a video of the process when you open the package and check the products inside for comparison when necessary.
- Please avoid using sharp objects to open the package to avoid damaging the products inside. If the product is damaged due to Customer's fault, we cannot support you to exchange/return or warranty the product.

Scope of product inspection

You can check the actual products received, compare and contrast the products received with the products in the order you have made on Croodoo website.

Please do not peel or open product boxes with sealed stamps or warranty stamps.

Steps to handle if the received ones are not as ordered

If there are any errors in what you received, please contact the customer service department via hotline +84 829 229 012 (Mr. Howard) or email croodoo.info@gmail.com, send back the inspection process video so that Croodoo can support you with returning or delivering additional goods.

In case Croodoo packs the wrong order, you can refuse to receive the goods and ask Croodoo to send a new order or refund you.

In case the order is correctly packed but Customer changes his/her needs, Customer can request to exchange or return the goods according to our return policy. In this case, Customer will have to pay the delivery fee (if any).

Shipping

Do you ship oversea?

We ship our products to some nations including: America, German, Vietnam and China.

How long will I receive my purchase?

It bases on the country you live. Normally the longest time for your order to arrive is 15 business days.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
